What type of stroller?

I have a jogging stroller trend that I hate. The front wheel shakes so bad that I'm afraid to use it. I looking to buy another one wants to know what type of runner that other people use. Do you really run with it? What brand / model? I would like buy a Bob, but I'm too cheap to spend that much. Has anyone used the instep, Schwinn, Jeep?

I have a double InStep Strillo. I do not run, but is so soft. It has a rotating wheel in the front which means you have to tip back and then move left or right. I'm not very good with that walk, but my mom and my husband. Whenever they are around, I took a break from having to do everything. My kids always fall asleep in it and is so easy to push. I have a Combi stroller double standard and that one is much harder to push, but it is easier to ride in the car.
