What kind of bike is this?

These two pieces with bicycle wheels 20 inches I think! It appears that the mark left by the insignia of the head could have been a schwinn, but is missing! I have the serial number on the bottom bracket, but there are a few games of numbers, one number is a letter and 6 numbers Moreover, another is only 4 numbers, and the other three numbers already – and 6 more numbers! In the brackets which has what looks like a cross! I've seen some Schwinn with arrow-like emblem on the fork but it looks like a cross-type emblem! Is not that an older Schwinn emblem or other type of bike is all together? How I upload an image to
