How do you do a bench press on a schwinn force(like a Bowflex)?

I know how to do a incline press but it sais that you can do regular bench to.

First, a Schwinn Force is not “like a Bowflex”, it is a Bowflex, just with a different name.

To do a bench press, you use the handles that came with it. Put the seat in the incline position. Grab the handles and push straight out from your body. You can do regular, incline, and decline all from this position. The only difference is the direction you push.
